Matt, I agree with your synopsis on the tech side, but I am not sure what great news your expecting?

With no money, and the new large investor exercising warrants all day long, they still do not have any real capital for either project.

If they don't have money honey, their hands are warm from sitting on them!

I am not sure, and I am being serious here, if Ralph can really take this to the level where this project has the potential, the board has provided him a cush job and no balls to implement what needs to be done, as harsh as this is, if Ralph`s performance was being reviewed by `The Donald`, he`d been fired long ago!

As shareholders we have suffered dilution amongst many things, often times, founders never properly capitalize on what they have, because of greed, insecurity and real lack of ability.  The rain season never materialized at all this year, and no work has been done for over two years.

If they were trying to find a drill team to get to the project, they have nothing to entice them, don`t slam me for being open on all these points, I just don't think as shareholders we can do anything, if it does not start at the board level, it won`t start anywhere!
