RE: RE: RE: $2/share valuation - details?I think that having a guy like Soberview on the board is helpful but I also think he could be more concise in the points he makes.

The previous one about a renegotiation at a lower sp is very unlikely.

The new one about warrants could happen.  But would MAA take the chance of issuing the massive amount of warrants he suggested?  This deal still has to be approved by shareholders.  If MAA were to issue a press release saying that the deal was done and they were issuing the 400M shares plus 200-400M warrants at an sp of 1.10 or whatever, how would investors react?  Very negatively I think.  Late disclosure on such a massive factor in the transaction would put the deal in serious jeopardy.  That's why I don't see warrants being issued in anything close to those numbers.
