Spinoff rumor on German boards - ashy1This makes perfect sense! If you have the goods as I believe these guys do, then you must move to acquire a development partner for the project. You then must separate your highly valuable Nevada properties from the Homestate project. The Coffin Brothers were drawn to this company by the Nevada properties as was I. It was only after I became a shareholder that I realized the huge potential of Homestake Ridge and began to build my position in BVG.
1. I believe they are talking with Tech about a deal now.
2. The deal should be done by year end. If not with Tech then with the highest bidder.
3. The Nevada properties are strategically positioned in some of the best areas of the Cortez Trend. Take a look at the comprehensive article by Willim Fox dated March 5, 2005 entitled "The Cortez Story".
4. The Cortez area is highly prospective and many majors own properties there that are producers. Bravo has acquired holdings near or next to some of these. Fox details these properties and those of other companies.
5. Cortez can be the next phase of Bravo's company building plan but they need money to develop it.
6. Bravo can retain an ownership interest in Homestake and receive cash to develop Nevada while still participating in the eventual cash flow from Homestake.
7. I believe management of Bravo is a very smart group and these guys are big time players, not thinking of just Homestake Ridge but of Bravo's global future. That's what they have been doing over the last eighteen months.
The next four or five months are going to be very interesting. Also, don't forget that Bravo has very strong German connections and therefore rumors from there should be given close attention as should trading on the Frankfurt exchange.
