Morgan updateFor the benefit of board readers who have not listened to Morgan's conversation with Matt Russell and Jon Slizza I will do a summary for the board today or tomorrow.
As you would expect it was a positive interview but then they wouldn't be doing a negative one would they. Morgan continues to hold all his shares as do I, he is not selling nor am I.
Angelnicky's predicted five cent share doesn't appear to be anywhere in sight, at least for the forseeable future.
Just a few notes from that conversation are provided now, I will try and give more detail when I post the summary.
From what I can remember of the conversation Russell stated the halt came as a complete surpise to them and it escalated.
The company is not going to run out of money, they have been approached by some big players I think Slizza said institutions in the U.S. and abroad wanting to provide funding but they are not interested in a large financing at the current share price. It is their intent to do some small financing at the present time because of the low price of the shares. They want to keep share dilution as limited as possible. They asked the exchange if they could provide any indication to them as to who is buying all their shares but this information was not forth coming from the exchange. In that regard I see as of the time of this posting the volume is 853,480 shares.
