interesting news today.

interesting news today.i haven't posted in a bit as it just seems like the boards get so polluted.....   but the frenzy on caj caught my eye and I'm just curious why nobody has discussed the core descriptions any further from the first phase of drilling.

here is what was said.

A total of 20 holes were drilled, testing a variety of targets along these shear zones that have been traced for over a kilometre in strike length. In holes 15 to 20 inclusive, sections from 15 to 30 feet long contain semi-massive to massive hematite, specularite, chlorite, malachite and chalcopyrite with visible gold. The mineralized zones tend to be associated with more silicified, fine-grained to aphanitic andesites intercalated with pyroclastics.

Now yes they did say there was visible gold.  But through what length was the visible gold??   (first of all they listed lengths in feet when we are in CANADA.....    meters guys.)   is that just to make the intervals seem longer......?   5-15 meters wouldn't sound as great.  Also, why list holes 15-20 and say there are mineralized intervals of 15-30 feet.  which intervals are for what holes?   do four out of five holes have 15-16 feet and only one have 30 feet of mineralization?    Any legitimate company that hit holes they believed were 'the mother load'  would have given much more detailed descriptions of each hole.   From what they listed there, there could be just a tiny interval of visible gold the size of a pin head in each of those 5 cores, and they wouldn't be lying about what they described.  The visible gold didn't run 15-30 feet in each core.  "sections from 15 to 30 feet long contain semi-massive to massive hematite, specularite, chlorite, malachite and chalcopyrite with visible gold."  ran 15-30 feet in each core.

i wouldn't expect anything great here.   good one to trade but i wouldn't want to be holding when those results come out.  hope people realize that the intervals with visible gold could indeed be quite minute.

just my opinion.
