IMO, the letter from the Newfoundland Government  did a lot  to put a floor in our share price. It was a real confidence booster and a good one to read for people on the sidelines who are waiting to jump in. It presented a very strong case for Canstar and why our lawyers feel good about our chances.

I would expect the volume and sp to really begin increasing in October. Seems like anyone waiting to get in would want to be in my the  end of the first week of October.

Based on absolutely nothing and just for conversation,  I  hope we are somewhere around .20  cents when the decision is handed down. If it is in our favor it's anybodies guess but we could enjoy a pop up to   .40 cents.
And where it goes in trading would be something to watch.

After that  I am not clear on what could happen. Would Vinland appeal yet again?  It seems that Vinland wouldn't have anything solid he could base an appeal on.  That wouldn't necessarily stop him from filing one. But who  would he go to with an appeal?

Let's say he files  one just for pure spite. He could make up any reason just to submit it.   The whole reason would be just to tie things up. That would tie the case up in court for the length  of time it took some judicial body or Board to take a look at it once again and deny the appeal.

Then it would seem that there truly would be no where he could go to with any appeal. Don't know if that is how it could work or not. Any lawyers out there?
