Well comrad. Your company could have probably bought this outright for$240million when you first began shorting this stock.  You invested $85 + million taking a position and throwing a life line to the company. You pick up $15 million in debt and throw another $10 million.   All the while improving the balance sheet through debt reduction.

HRG on the verge of turning a big corner to strong profits and low debt and you screwed the share value with huge dilution.   Didn't seem to matter since you thought  a cheap take out was the game.

It now seems your minority shareholders will hold out to achieve fair value.   IT IS NOW GOING TO COST YOU MUCH MUCH HIGHER than what you could have taken this for.  How will your reputation stand up on any future deals you care to make outside the russion regime.

This my friends looks to be a $100 million plus resignation.
