RE: How fast this can move

RE: How fast this can moveThis CANNOT go as far as DEC can.

There are reasons why DEC rose so quickly driven by discoveries of the kind that ATV has not made and will not make in the near future.

The chairman of the board, through another of his failing companies, is liquidating shares as fast as he can.     His sells are his vote of confidence in the company and he does not deserve to have his pockets lined by well meaning shareholders who aren't aware of the situation and are putting in hard earned cash.

Approach this stock with caution.   It's a trading stock at this point until there is a change of management.   The sells by Hidefield (i.e. Ken Judge) go back 2 years at least and there has not been a single purchase in that timeframe.

I'd suggest that the best way to handle this one is to keep the price in a range so if he is going to liquidate, at least he gets next to nothing for his shares.    Several shareholders had reassurances in early Sept that the directors were going to stop selling.   The truth of these statements needs to be examined by looking at the insider trading report since then with the knowledge that Mr Judge directs both Hidefield and ATV.

My 2 cents...
Mark
