Spencer, no answer on your news theory.Guess it is just a theory after all.. Id suspect we will close at 25 cents today. 26 is meaningless as well.. Wed need 27 cents plus to break the down trend........ lets see if we have an insider report tommorrow, as I believe any buys or sells have to be reported in three days.
