They still have the rest of their iceberg (90k) @ 22 cents...

I can think of a few possibilities...
1) that big move will generate a VOLUME ALERT, which may attract more investors...
2) it could've been a message to the other brokers that BMO has a LOT of shares to use as a weapon...
3) They're playing the TSX for the ELP rebates that market-makers get...

Scotia and TD seem to be selling off what they picked up earlier today at a loss...
so this is a little strange...
Although, TD is selling to itself as well...
(however, in relation, it could just be an in-house retail deal so TD can pick up the commissions on both sides)

In the end, I can only stand back and see how this all plays out over the rest of the week...
