To tackle your first question Numbers I doubt MAA is too worried about sp drop as long as they get the deal signed, now or next month.

I wonder if this was somehow a condition of or otherwise worked into the agreement with the Chinese?

Did MAA notify investors they were applying to be on the TSX?
