FCO is clearly undervalued

FCO is clearly undervaluedI looked at the highs for FCO for the past few years.  The following are not precise numbers but give you an idea of how low FCO is today given that they now have substantilly all of the permits for the mine and the access issue is now resolved.  Here are the highs for FCO per year in rough numbers:

2004 - 0.80
2005 - 0.70
2006 - 0.45
2007 - 0.90
2008 - 0.70

This is the only year where FCO has not reached at least 0.45.  Clearly FCO should be at least 0.60 given the current status of the mine plans and planned production in 2010.
