Don Ramon trip from yahoo boardA guy named CL on the yahoo message board for TRGD has provided us with this very interesting information from his trip to the Don Ramon mine last week:
"I'm a SH in both TARA stocks, not an insider. I have no official capacity with the company and they don't pay me to do anything. On this trip and the prior one, Warren paid my expenses, and got the use of my pickup truck. Rich agreed to my conditions: I can look at and take pics of anything, and ask any question I want. They have no idea what I am going to post and have never tried to suggest anything to me.
My comments in these posts will be an addendum to what I said after my 2 earlier trips. It will be easier to understand the whole picture, if you read them first, posted at:

On Saturday morning (9/19), a group of us toured the mine. Present were: Ramiro the jefe, the staff mine geologist, staff metallurgist, Warren, myself, and a U S licensed geologist. The mineralization there is extremely simple and recognizable. It jumps right out at you. The Zn, Pb, and Ag are a dark gray, light gray, brown, with considerable iron pyrite, shiny specks and the rock is heavy and dense. The base rock, is a rather plain, light tan color and is not dense.
Since we left there in May, they have driven 3 tunnels(adits), 2 toward the North and one in a semi-circle, that opened a new portal to the West about 16 meters from the original one. The two tunnels diverge slightly from the old portal, one is about 50 meters long, and other about 40 meters long. All have had good values.
Ramiro said the averages so far, are about 4 to 5 meters of dikes, followed by 10 to 12 meters of hi-grade. The dikes are low quality head ore.
They are starting to make a 90 degree turn in one tunnel at about a 12% decline, following the hi-grade downward. As they go lower the dikes should get smaller and the good ore should be more prevalent, as the mineralization always comes from the bottom up. The blasting plan is "room and pillar." The mine itself is "a large rock", biggest one I've ever seen, easily recognizable from 6 miles away. I gave a better description on the myspace site.
The equipment at the mine site is the same, other than the addition of a new Mustang 2000, an articulated, light weight, front end dump.
The mine geologist is there at all times, directing the blast, taking samples and keeping track of the assays, on a hand-drawn map. There is some minor water seepage from above, not enough to interfere with operations. As the staff geo put it: "dry mines no good."
The road down from the mine to the mill is much improved and easily passable, considering the large recent rainfall.
More later, as I work my way thru my notes.

Very interesting isnt it. I think the shorts will have a hard time holdning this stock under 0.30 dollars today. ATH will come sooner than most beleive I think.
