Is it possible...

Is it possible...Lets say that the Management at Pharmagap recieved the results already.

Are they allowed to hold onto them until the next business day to release them? Also since we know Melnick and Bryden have done business in the past, would it be unethical for Bryden to approach Melnick, with a buyout proposal with the results in hand?

I don't want to fuel speculation, but it is something that I thought of today, as the volume has stopped...  If the results are as good as we expect them to be, wouldn't a company want to exploit the results and purchase the company? BIOVAIL has experience taking products through the clinical process and they would certainly be a valuable asset in our back pocket to help fund ongoing development and research, without diluting the share value.
