Did we collectively miss this....45-102f1

Did we collectively miss this....45-102f1As an ongoing filing required by regulators.

Stormont still has a fair number of share that he intends to sell.  As of Sept. 24, 2009 he has filled that he is looking to sell 2'632'481 shares "if market conditions permit"

On September 2nd, he filled the exact EXACT same report with the same number of shares to be sold. So it looks like he hasn't really sold any in the last 3 weeks. But when I look at the insider reports. From Sept 3, 2009 - Sept 16, 2009 it looks like he has sold 975'500

So maybe someone could clarify, My numbers that I am coming up with says he has sold 364'336 shares between Sept 16, and Sept 24th, leaving him with 1'656'981 to go.
