I don't get itA few months ago, I asked if it was time to sell Royal Bank as my mom bought it a little over $50 just before the crash and has seen it go down to $26 and all the way back to $53. Well, she did sell half, and in my wildest dreams I could not have imagined that this stock would be trading at $58.
Am I stoopid, or is this going to be a Mother of all bubbles? These bank stocks are trading at record PE. I just don't get it. Where is the growth? Is hyperinflation comming? WTF is going on?
These are honest questions. I am not a gold/commodity/whatever cheerleader, I just don't get these crazy valuations for something that should be a conservative investment.
IMO, this rally is a complete joke.
