The property covers a total of 21 mineral leases covering an area of approximately 4,800 hectares (ha).

Just to add to your reasons for selling , here's another one. Maybe Du Plessis forsees not being able to sell anything for an extended period of time due to blackout. It may have been his last chance. Just another thing to think about.
