RE: INSIDER SELLING PRIOR TO DEAL

RE: INSIDER SELLING PRIOR TO DEALWithout much more info, its hard to evaluate the sigficance of an insider selling even as many as 300,000 shares. How many shares, if any, does the insider have left? How many other insiders have been selling? How much of their position have they sold? Even if there is substantial selling, one has to be careful. Thompson Creek Metal insiders sold a ton of shares several months ago when TCM was trading at $5 or so. Its well over $12 now. No question, if there is a stampede of selling by insiders, all are involved and all are selling large portions of their holdings, then, obviously, that is a signal to get out.
