Obviously the whole idea of purchasing stocks with insider knowledge is that indeed, 2,500,000 shares of at least a $.16 stock were purchased! Depending on whether or not the stocks purchased had restraints on when they could be sold, they could have already at a price up to almost $.16 per share!
