You are right, the test results could be late, but I am no scientists, I would think that after they administer the first dose, it would be easy to administer the second dose - 3rd 4th, and 5th, and report on the results, unless I am mistaken and 5 dose means 5x's the concentration.

When the released the PR regarding the 5 dose, they said it is "UNDERWAY" meaning they had already started.
