great news!
I'm quite excited about this financing deal.....With that kind of cash there are many encouraging prospects.....When I first bought this stock there was only one somewhat negative with serra pelada...the size of the property....however now with this kind of cash available to Colossus they can easily purchase additional land....this can only benefit the company in increasing their resource potential.  It is a perfect situation....I'm glad to see it happen now at this price rather than a few months ago when the SP was alot lower. Not much dilution for major potential.
