Hopefully it is this easy.

Hover your mouse over the source picture you wish to post here. Right click your mouse and select COPY.
Open up a post here and in the body of the maessage at a desired position hover your mouse and right click again and select PASTE. If the graph or picture shows up great. Also to give the attempt a good try, hit preview in stead of post to see that it looks good or is showing up as planned. Sometime SH does not always allow a post so a preview will tell you
