How does this get to a buck?

How does this get to a buck?Let's say it's 47 mil shares out now
12 mil  forced conversion wts at 0.10 for proceeds of $1.2 mil
So that's 60 mil shares out FD
At $0.20 that's only $12 mil  market cap
Have you looked at the mkt value of MRS?  It was pennies and going broke and now has a market value of  over $80 mil
Same trend
