While the Burton's may not have the considerable wealth that Tobuyornot must have, they did have 5.3 million shares between them before the recent disposition.  5.3M X .55 minus taxes, plus whatever assets and cash they have leaves them in a category most people of the world would consider rich or at least quite wealthy.
