So....Rocmec has filed and has all the patents under an exclusive arrangement????? NO But I bet Rocmec Paid For it  I.R should come forward and enlighten the investors here and clarify matters.  From an older MD&A it is pretty clear patents are issued to Rocmec International.  But then read the patent release below.    I don't know about anyone else here but I think proper disclosure is missing and and the press release is somewhat misleading.  Just using the name Rocmec (see the bold underline) Could imply RocmecMining Inc or Rocmec International.   Big difference for shareholders as RMI has no interest in Rocmec International.

During the last period, the company publicly announced that it received its Canadian patent (no: 2,495,143) from the
Canadian patent Office. The patent issued to Rocmec International Inc. grants to the company the exclusive rights to
utilise its thermal fragmentation technology as per its licensing agreement. Furthermore, on July 14th, 2006 the
company obtained a patent for South Africa. The patent issued to Rocmec International Inc. grants to the company
the exclusive rights to utilise its thermal fragmentation technology as per its licensing agreement. The patent number
is 2005-4251 and valid for 25 years from the international filing date being November 26th, 2003. Both patents are in
addition to the United States patents no: U.S. 6,913,320 received on July 5th, 2005 and patent no: U.S. 7,195,320 B2
received on March 27th, 2007 and the Moroccan patent no: 27552 received on October 3rd, 2005.
