Does somebody have the breakdown to the outstanding shares ( insiders, institutional, private investors)

I got that from canadian insiders which shows that the President recieved just over 1/2 million shares at 5 cents a pop or 0.71 % of shares outstanding, Can somebody explain the recent drop to 3 cents from 5 cents in less then a month, I realize it's a penny stock, but shouldn't the president be trying to attract more clients and clientel to increase share holder value...
