RE: RE: RE: RE: There are few opportunitiesI think what you say is true enough a lot of the time, as I have seen myself, although usually it is only a higher offer that anyone really wants. I have seen a poison pill work, in cases where the firm truly did not want to be taken over. (Neo materials last year, a small holding I had, did this)

But I think the growth potential for glg is much more appealing than a takeover offer, that was more my point. Who knows how it will play out long term.
