Quito (Pichincha).- after a meeting of four hours among the President of the Republic, Rafael Strap and the leadership of the Confederation of Native Nationalities (Conanie), Ecuarunari and the different Amazon organizations, they agreed to institutionalize an agenda of permanent dialogue among the Government, the Assembly and the natives.
For which a commission comprising the Office of the secretary of the Towns will be created, the Counsel of Development of the Towns and Nationalities of the Equator (Codenpe), the different departments, and the delegations of the native nationalities.
Another of the points agreed was the designation of the authorities through contest of merits and opposition so that integrate the agencies of education intercultural and belingüe.
Besides, to work to obtain a consensus Water Law between the proposals of the Executive and of the Conaie, that are being analyzed in the Assembly, for which the president of the agency, Fernando Lamb, assured that will work itself with the Commission of Eating Sovereignty.
To this adds themselves that proposals will be received to reform the Mining Law. As well as to investigate the content of the messages diffused by the radio shuar, to determine if was called to the mobilizations and has attempted against the citizens.
Finally it directed that to the Commission of the Truth, two delegates of the Conaie and of the Executive will be integrated, to investigate the death of the master one shuar, Bosco Wizuma, dead the previous week.
The president of the Ecuarunari, Humnberto Chiolango, qualified as positive to the encounter with the First Proxy, nevertheless assured that is necessary to consult to the bases on the points reached to raise the measure in fact, that is maintained in some provinces.
