Sticking to Oct 15th

I expect we will see news shortly after the tender process closes on Oct 15th. Either it will be an extension/no offer suitable to the company or notification the company is reviewing the offers. It may take until November or longer for a definitive arrangement. Either way, this is a material event and I think the company will need to inform shareholders.
