The Company's Transportation and Logistics segment includes the transportation of crude oil, motor fuels, fuel oil and other refined products, including diesel and biofuels. The Company's main crude oil pipeline systems' operating capacity is approximately 1.34 million barrels per day (BPD). The Company's main refineries are the Barrancabermeja refinery, which it directly owns and operates, and a refinery in the Free Trade Zone in Cartagena that is operated by Reficar S.A., a subsidiary of the Company. RE: articleWow. That certainly puts the current share price into perspective. Even if the author is a tree-hugger with slanted views the bottom line is that the media plays are far greater role in shaping investment decisions than many of us think.

I for one feel that Kinross is an indication that at some point this will all straighten-itself out. Heck, I live in the Northwest Territories and all the diamonds and crap that is up here is on aboriginal land and so forth. Believe me, for the right price and promise the majority will sell out their kids if it means a new pick-up truck.....and I don't mean that in a slanderous way I'm just explaining what I see each and every day here in Yellowknife. It's not for me to judge what is right or wrong it just is what it is.
