RE: Refusal of extensionThe current balance sheet would look significantly better then it was at the time the original offer was made.  Strong cash-flow and P2 reserves undervalued given the current offer.  With the global credit system having improved over the last six months, optomism is once again improving.

At the time the original offer was received, this company was on the verge of going under.  Today, it's a different story.  I voted no to the takeover and remain hopeful that true value will factor back to shareholders.  Should this financing not take place, then the deal is VOID.  Once this happens, I would expect the share price jump to 20 to 25 cents.

New offers would be in the range of 40 to 50 cents per share, if not higher. 

Bottom line, higher prices ahead, people selling at 10 to 12 cents will regret.
