I was thinking perhaps the Book value which is 0.31$ as per SH web site, which would make sense. When I take their 2008 financial statement and Substract their liabilities ($24,452,000) with their Total assets ($44,081,000) and divide by the shares out ($75,560,000) and that gives me 0,32$ per share.

Does this make any sense ?  In this case, I am not selling at 0,025$ for sure....
