DELISTING REVIEW - Tahera Diamond Corporation (the "Company") - Further to TSX Bulletin No. 2008-0069 dated January 17, 2008, TSX was prevented from continuing its expedited delisting review of the Company (Symbol: TAH) as a result of a stay of proceedings pursuant to the Initial Order issued on January 16, 2008 by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36, As Amended. TSX has determined to resume its expedited delisting review of the Company. Trading in the Company's common shares will remain suspended.
