RE: questionA similar pattern will occur because most of the hands holding the shares are holding tight... what happened there from what i know is that they were drilling for oil in south america and from the anticipation for the find the price kept going up... then they released that the oil well was to be capped because dry and it went down and stabilized at 80 cents (the stocks new bottom for the past few months).

Now, you must keep in mind this is an exploration company involved in many projects... and they got amazing results from their gold drilling released 2 days ago which proves there is more gold findings to come. Plus, IAMGOLD has picked up 17% ownership of OLE which shows they are sitting on a huge GOLD MINE - LITERALLY! IMO
