With the deal closing without further delay AND with friendly financing terms, I don't see the 0.70 being the barrier for the upside in the short term (unlike it has been), even before the approval by the shareholders. I will be bold here. I think the sp will stablise $1 and steady increase to $2 by end of next yera latest, barring any major marketing shift. GLTA.
