there is no evidence that the latest PP at such low price is necessary. they just raised 4 million in August. 1 million $ maybe enough for a month. So if they do get the approval in 1-2 weeks, there should be no cash shortage at all.
I cannot support their decision only based on confidence, because the confidence has been destroyed by their tracking record.
