But MCCA was (and maybe still is) the main stockholders of Equus.
The majority of the board of MCCA is located in Europe. I would not be surprise that they are friends with Des Pallieres and Benedetti.
In june, Equus didn't renew their contract with MCCA. Nobody no why.
And now, we have Versatile taking a big position in Equus.

I don't know but somethig missing.

"We have no reasonable explanation for thenon-renewal of our appointment and have not been provided such by theEquus board.
