I'm not always so fortunate for that to happen, but if they have anything to crow about in this area it just might be.  2 - 3 years waitihng for things to happen is not unusual with juniors, or even big companies.  Maybe you've just learned a lesson.  Not everything I buy is a winner. We'll just have to wait and see.  And yes, I will start using ignore.
