RE: Insiders Shares?

RE: Insiders Shares?   When you are given hundreds of thousands of options at around 11 cents and even lower why buy any common stock?  I think it is significant that so many  options were given in the last few weeks at 11 cent range.  They are expecting much better results in the next few quarters.    I am amazed that the stock is only half its level of a year ago, considering the improvements in the operating performance of the company.  A year ago, sure they had rev. of almost 8m in Q3 but look how much they lost...over 7m in the quarter last year!!!!!   Now they are basically break-even yet the stock is down 50%!   Makes no sense.     Cash is 60% of the marketcap.   Finally after  10 years following this company quite closely they have a CEO who is conscious of costs and believes in turning a profit as a goal.  Previous CEO's were running it like it was a "big" company with huge cash reserves.   I do think the acquisition of Destinator was a smart move but Dorchak didn't seem to realize how much costs had to be taken out of the combined business.  The finacial crisis might have been the saviour of this company for under the previous CEO they would probably be out of cash by now.  At least the company has 10 m left and has no dilution in the past year yet the the stock is half   where it was a year ago when it was in serious trouble of running out of cash?.  It won't take much royalty revenues to make this a profitable company now, with margins approaching 60%.  Operating  costs down by over 50 %!!!  What not to like(despite complete investment  community aversion to stock)
