I'm not bashing but have a few comments or concerns

First yes I am a share holder of RMK and want the share price to rise.

Until this deal is done or another suitor  comes along out share price is pegged at 0.8% of the price of ONT.

So, it is what the market thinks of ONT not RMK that will dictate our share price.

You will be able to play the spread for a while and take your chances but as the dead line aproachings our price will be 0.8% of ONT. Now if ONT takes off we will do well but if ONT tanks we get screwed.

Anything RMK does from now on will have not effect on it's share price.

Confused yet?

Next, and more importantly, this share consolidation.

I dread them.

Everythime one of my holdings has gone through a share consolidation the new share price ends up tanking before it ever recovers.

What to do?

The market is a gamble at best and hindsight is 20/20 so have fun

I will be holding on because I believe Primier and possibly Kodiac will be a part of the final formula

Now as I siad I am not bashing just expressing my concerns as a shar holder
