Solution

Turkey !! they have wanted to export oil from the kurds before. Now is the time to put the pinch on Iraq. Sure might take a little time to build a pipeline, but it can work. Kurds pumping 100,000 barrels right now soon to be 3 million barrels or more in the next 5 years and then we will see Iraq crying to come back.
