Why the rapid decline ?

Why the rapid decline ?I've been looking throw the  different site's and can't find a reason why this is dropping so fast. It pay's great divadance and I've heard rumor of a buy out from Deutche Bank at around $9.00 a share (tho I've never found anything to substanchiate that ). Have I missed something that I can't find ? If someone knows something please post it so I can see what is going on.
Thank you
Cornel
