RE: Re: Bank of ChinaI don't see how ROC can directly delay the deal, as sinohydro is "only" buying MAA shares, and nothing else. I can see however sinohydro asking for more concreate assurance - likey PIA being ratified by the parliament, or asking to get a piece of action - the plant construction. ROC not only gets 10% for doing nothing, but they also get other royalties (port fee and etc).

Don't you hate it when someone says others don't know squat, but doesn't prove he/she knows any better.
