RE: RE: RE: RE: dropping like a rock at 8.5 centsMusing: I am just trying to understand what LB and IEC are doing that is adding value to shareholders and what ATQ needs to change to stop the dilution and loss of shareholder value.
Again, in the past 7 years:
LB is up 3 times, IEC is up 75 times, ATQ has lost 75% of shareholder value. Remember Musing the number of shares that were outstanding 7 years ago? I think it was around 24 million; it is now around 125 million fully diluted and this included the massive 18 million warrant issue given to RH in return for a $1.5 million loan at prime plus. RH just did the deal in May giving ATQ $6 million for 60 million shares and then 4 months later there is a crisis and in order to get a $1.5 million loan ATQ had to give RH a sweetener of 18 million convertible warrants representing a massive dilution??? What changed so much in 4 months? Was this not seen by the board and management in May? That is my question.
Again my questions are apparently standard fare for anyone conducting a forensic review...
