What do facts have to do with it

What do facts have to do with itSorry about that had to say it

The facts are:

1/ if the deal goes through RMK share holders will get 1 new share for every 1.25 old shares before consolidation

2/ If the dealt was to happen today RMK shares would win because 1/1.25 = 0.8 x $0.36 =$0.288. An increase of $0.058/ share.

3/ As we get closer to the deal dead line the gap will close to the 0.8 ratio.

4/ Will RMK share price rise to meet the0.8 of ONT or will ONT drop to meet the 0.8 ratio.

5/ Maybe the shadow knows but we don't

6/ If the price of RMK ever exceeds the 0.8 ratio befor the deal closes I'm out and this is why

The consolidation scares me due to pass expriences the price of my holdings has always tanked.

An example for anyou who is interested is St Andrews gold. They have consolidated twice in the last 10 years, 20 to 1 and 5 to 1. A 1000 shares @ $1/share is now 10 shares worth $0.54/share

Now I will get bashed but I still hold RMK and hope to be rewarded but I will be out if we rise above the 0.8 and above my purchase price. If not I'll be out as soon as the deal happens before the consolidation can screw me
