RE: Warrants

RE: WarrantsIf any of the warrant holders here cared, they should, in light of what has taken place in FR with constant dilution, contact the company (FR) and  demand Keith consider an extension on both the A and B warrants,  more to the point the A warrants which expire March 2010.

IMO, if this isnot a consideration by management, then this may well signal future placements and more dilution yet  to come.  Share dilution, private placements, and warrant issuance has inpart caused the market to stand back and play "watch and see" or "prove to us" before FR will be taken seriously again.  And yes I know,  there are those out there that may  well say "gary, get a grip the entire market fell last year",  and that would be correct for the most part, however not all PM companies fell and those that did have recovered in a major way, and some have gone on to make  new highs and others have been taken over with large premiums.

Obviously time will tell,  but dilution is a large part of FR's current problem.
