Call me cynical but

Call me cynical butCall me cynical but my instincts believe the placement was not accidentally timed.
Note how quickly a big placement was filled-and I warrant,by major insiders.
I suspect the HS survey is known.You certainly would not make a placement after,if good news smiled forth.
Not a case of "Let loose the dogs of war" as much as "Give mammon her short come due."
I  suggest, there will be some knowing for us of the herd,soon probably.
