In my opinion, it is still being accumulaed heavily. Pros will move up and down in a range to shake out any weakness and when the volume ends they will move to the next level and shake again.
In the meantime if WZR hits,  this will fly all the higher because there will be little loose paper in the way.
This is how you prep a market.

I could be wrong however and it could be just incedental buying. Doubt it though.
Anyway for what it's worth, that's what I think
