~.20 cent is better than $0.08 cent.  No more partnerships, as I think these guys wanted just to keep their fat salary.
Again, I still believe Vanguard is eyeing Candax.   Why sell at today's price, knowing that it could fetch $0.20 cent.
I could be wrong, and I have been wrong.  Should have sold all my share with the last run up to $.20 cent.
