If it's a done deal, why do they need our votes?
They have a fiduciary responsibility to do the right thing for all stockholders, not just themselves.
However, it seems to me that, as long as the stock could just get to 60 cents and you could make yourself some money, that's all that matters to you. They could go right ahead and steal the company, it's okay with you, as long as you make some money.
It sounds like you are the kind of person who might be willing to sell your soul for a few dollars.
